Returns and Refunds Policy
Please read thoroughly before considering a return.
Mail orders are shipped within 5 business days. Local Pick up orders are available for pickup during open store hours only.
Once your item has shipped you will be sent a tracking number it’s your responsibility to track, contact your postal service if any issues arise with delivery.
Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel that order, or refund the difference if you left out a coupon code. It is your responsibility to make sure all is set before checking out. Preorder and custom order items such as style boxes and preorder items are final sale.
Excessive returns (more then 3 in a 30 day period) could result in a determination for continued shopping with us.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original receipt of the product. STORE CREDIT ONLY will be applied.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that the following requirements are met:
- It is within the 7 day time frame of receiving your item you can contact us for returns if deemed necessary
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn't used or damaged all tags are still in place, unworn and free of all perfumes and chemicals. There shall be no pet hair or stains.
- Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return and sent back with a $10 fee applied to your account.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. Unless direct fault of Loving life Boutique (i.e. wrong product shipped which is determined upon contact or return)
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Loving life Boutique.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
